
And the canning continues!
This is what happens when you plant 4 banana pepper plants--all these are from those plants and there are a lot more on yet.

I think our peppers really liked all the rain this year.

A total of 41 jars in all! We (some of us) love these on pizza, in sandwiches and salads.

Sherri told me she had some jalapenos that she didn't want. She wasn't kidding!
I decided to try something new. We canned some, stuffed some with cabbage, and dried some.
Decided it couldn't hurt to try it.

We wore gloves most of the time, but my hands were burning tonight.
Ask me next summer what we thought of them.

YUM! Note that if you don't have enough room for all those cans of peppers I could probably make some room out here. =)
